not many know of the room of requirement, though some stumble across it by accident without ever knowing what it is. the gryffindor common room is at the end of a corridor. the divination classroom is a round room at the base of the north tower.

there is a small passageway between the bathroom and the marble staircase leading up to the seventh floor.

The fourth door to the left of boris the bewildered is the door to the prefects bathroom.

the library of hogwarts is the primary reason to visit the fourth floor of the castle. There is a bathroom. A tapestry conceals a narrow staircase that leads down two floors. watch out for the trick stair.

the trophy room is on the third floor. sometimes detentions are served polishing the many trophies without the use of magic. the charms classroom is situated at the end of the charms corridor.

the out-of-order girls' bathroom is on the second floor. the gargoyle at the end of an empty corridor that guards the moving staircase that leads to the headmasters office is also on this floor.

Up the main staircase in the entrance hall is the first floor. on the first floor are the muggle studies, defence against the dark arts and history of magic classroms. the hospital wing can also be found on this floor.

Through the double oak front enterance doors of hogwarts is the entrance hall, where there are four giant hourglasses filled with gemstones that show the number of house points for each house. double doors on the right of this hall lead to the great hall. there is also a staff room off the entrance hall guarded by two gargoyles. there is also a corridor leading to a courtyard.

the lowest levels of Hogwarts. a narrow staircase leads from the entrance hall to the dungeons. the corridor that leads to the hufflepuff common room and the kitchens is down the staircase to the right of the main staircase in the entrance hall.
